The program aims to promote entrepreneurship and export promotion through crowd-funding financing. The crowd-funding may be anchored by governments, institutions, entrepreneurs, and participating heroes and champions committed to fighting poverty. The program is designed as a more effective way for governments and the people to jointly fight poverty. The government and other participants known as heroes and champions match funds with entrepreneurs for investments in the financial sector and the real economy.
